KAHU MAKUAKĀNE ENCOURAGES FAMILIES TO CELEBRATE SAFELY

In partnership with the NHPI Collective COVID-19 Awareness and Prevention Campaign, Kahu Kenneth Makuakāne of Kawaiahaʻo Church issued a call to action for community members to celebrate Christmas differently as the threat of the coronavirus continues to loom over Hawai‘i. The holiday message encourages us to have faith, to celebrate safely by avoiding gathering with loved ones, and for everyone to do their part to stop the spread of COVID-19.
